Shipping

  1. All orders will be processed and shipped within approximately 24/48 business hours from payment confirmation.

  2. Delivery times may vary depending on the transportation agency and the destination location. These times are approximate and do not guarantee an exact delivery date.

  3. Shipping costs will always be borne by the buyer, and will be informed and detailed before the completion of the purchase.

Returns

  1. In accordance with current consumer regulations, the customer may request a product return within the established legal period of 10 days.

  2. No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method will be made.

  3. Party clothes and party items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

  4. Accessories (bags, jewelry, belts, etc.) cannot be returned.

  5. In case of a return, the buyer will receive a voucher for the corresponding amount, which will not have an expiration date and can be used for future purchases.

  6. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the buyer.

  7. Returned products must be in perfect, unused condition, with their original packaging and tag.

  8. Purchase vouchers can only be redeemed through the same channel where they were acquired (physical store or online).

We will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return and the shipping address.

General conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused, in perfect condition
  • Retain all original tags
  • Include original packaging
  • Not have been washed or altered
  • Show no signs of use (stains, odors, wear)
